Sing The Hooky Line is the latest showpiece from Ukebox as they add another upbeat, catchy soundbite to their eclectic smorgasbord.
The track is early afternoon listening in it’s brightest form as the local act unveil three minutes and three seconds of happiness personified blended into a cocktail of contagious joy. Drink it in ladies and gentlemen. Ukebox as an act are unconventional in the sense that they don’t arm themselves with multiple instruments and instead back their soothing harmonic tones and ukuleles to brighten your day. This track certainly achieves the latter.
Sometimes it’s nice to step back from the normal and dip your toe into a new environment in all senses both musically and beyond and Ukebox are certainly one to tick off the bucket list. Sing the hooky line guys.
