Parr Street will soon be home to a late night bar and unique pizza place, Crazy Pedro’s, famed for its interesting pizza toppings which include sushi, chips and gravy and a hot dog pizza.
The Crazy Pedro’s brand was born in Manchester and owners Ross Mackenzie, Lyndon Higginson and Jobe Ferguson are excited to bring their concept to Liverpool.
The self-proclaimed ‘part-time pizza parlour and full-time party bar’ will boast seating for 100 people spread over two floors and a roof top terrace.
Crazy Pedro’s is known for having the largest selection of tequila and mexcal outside of Mexico and has made quite a name for itself in Manchester with two venues in the city.
Crazy Pedro’s is set to open in Liverpool this autumn.
