Gusto Launches Sunday Roast Sharing Board With Carbonara Cauliflower Cheese And A Side of 3 Meat Pie

With the Autumn season in full swing, Gusto Italian, the Italian restaurant and bar, has unveiled a brand new Sunday Roast Sharer perfect for cosy Sundays – alongside adding a whole host of comforting classics to its new A La Carte menu.

Served on a wooden board, the Sunday Roast Sharer includes Sirloin of Beef, Roast Chicken, Porchetta-style Pork Belly, Crackling and, most importantly, 3-meat ragù shepherd’s pie. All served with ‘Roast Trimmings’ including roasties, Yorkshire puddings, Chantenay carrots & parsnips, signature cauliflower ‘carbonara’ cheese, winter greens, braised red cabbage, and a jug of gravy.

Available every Sunday 12 pm-6 pm, this huge Sunday Roast Sharer is just £42.95 and feeds two, with the option to order extra helpings for additional guests for just £21.95 – so whether you’re on a ‘date day’ or catching up with friends and family, the Gusto Italian sharing board has you covered.

Guests who can’t make their mind up between Gusto’s roasts or their new Autumn dishes, can add all the best bits of the roast to their favorite dishes on Sundays thanks to the irresistible Roast Trimmings side.

The comforting classics continue on to the new A La Carte menu too, with the addition of Scallop & Prawn Ravioli, in a rich lobster bisque, with samphire and cherry tomatoes, Slow-Cooked Pulled Pork Gnocchi, in a D.O.P San Marzano tomato sauce topped with a parsley crumb, and Porcini Mushroom Risotto topped with shaved parmesan and finished with truffle oil.

Pizza fans are well looked after with the addition of the nationally-recognised Nduja & Mascarpone pizza – fresh dough with a garlic base and ‘nduja and mascarpone before finishing with, drizzled with honey..

Graham Kirk, Executive Chef at Gusto Italian said, “We’re delighted to finally unveil our new Autumn dishes.

Our Sunday menu is a game-changer, offering each guest their ideal Sunday – be it the full-works of a roast, all the Sunday Trimmings alongside a classic Gusto dish, or new comforting seasonal dishes that will cure any Sunday scaries.”
