Fate Releases Powerful New Single ‘Luck’

Fate is a talented independent artist from Merseyside. Following her previous single Ghosted, she is back with another personal track called Luck. Although she is fresh on the scene, she is already beginning an impressive catalogue of well-produced songs that come straight from the heart.

Many of us have been through a difficult relationship that took more away from us than it gave. Luck is about the reflection of a relationship Fate once had that ended badly. Although she lost confidence and doubted her power, she channelled this negativity into music, helping to realise that she had found her own strength through this emotional challenge.

The emotionally powerful track can be compared to artists such as Kehlani and SZA. Fate clearly has the R&B spark that captures her personal difficulties and locks them into an empowering song that creates a sense of relatability to the artist’s experiences.

The difficulties of being an independent artist are nothing new to Fate. After working a full-time job, she realised her desire to dedicate her life to music. Following this, she used her own earnings to invest into the new single, Luck. Fate says that “this is the beauty of being an independent artist, the journey isn’t easy and to be honest its not meant to be. If your dreams don’t scare you then they’re definitely not big enough”.

Fate’s passion and dedication to becoming a successful artist is reflected in her music. The challenges she has faced create a strong foundation for her expression through creativity, allowing us to truly feel how she has felt and understand her journey.

The track was mixed and mastered by Alexander Johnston and was featured on Spotify’s New Music Friday playlist. With the continuous high quality of Fate’s singles so far, we look forward to hearing what else she has to offer.
