Potts is Liverpool’s most popular pancake spots for vegans, with an extensive pancake menu. Their butterm*lk pancakes are available in 3s or 6s and you can choose from over 20 toppings, including hash browns, agave syrup and brownie pieces.

The Vibe

Plant-based café, The Vibe, hasn’t been around long but has quickly become one of Liverpool’s most popular vegan hangout spots. Their luxurious, indulgent pancakes are gluten-free and topped with homemade notella, almonds, strawberries, banana and vanilla ice cream. To die for.

Veggie and vegan eatery, Organico, offers fresh juices, smoothies, treats and of course, pancakes. Topped with blueberries, banana and strawberry coulis, Organico smash the pancake game.

Brunchin’ is a juice bar and eatery located on Richmond Street. They offer a wide range of options, including non-vegan and vegan pancakes, so this might be the place for you and your friends to all enjoy pancake day. The vegan pancakes are topped with maple syrup and berries, yum!
