Seven Bro7hers is introducing its own range of house spirits to its Liverpool Beer House – including the family’s first Vodka.
Following the merger with Sis4ers Distillery, the brothers have decided to ensure its house pours remain ‘in the family’ – with an exclusive signature gin, vodka, and white rum available across all its beer houses.
Meet the bespoke range:
- SEVEN BRO7HERS VODKA – The first vodka from the SIS4ERS DISTILLERY, this spirit is clean and crisp but leaves a smooth feel after every sip. Add a mixer of your choice to create a simple pub classic. (37.5% ABV, 70cl)
- SEVEN BRO7HERS GIN – A classic blend of botanicals including juniper, coriander, lemon and orange, with a delicate hint of cassia, distilled slowly and artistically in a copper pot still. The beerhouse will be serving this beauty with a refreshing tonic, a wedge of orange and fresh blueberries for a classic and delicious Gin & Tonic. (37.5% ABV, 70cl)
- SEVEN BRO7HERS WHITE RUM –This white rum has been specially created for our brothers. It’s fresh, sweet and has an aromatic, delicate finish. It makes the best Mojito or long drink with a dash of cola. (37.5% ABV, 70cl)
Keith McAvoy, CEO of Seven Bro7hers Brewing Co, said: “We have always stocked the SIS4ERS in our Beer Houses, but we thought it was time for something a little different in out Liverpool bar.
“As our businesses merge under one family roof it felt important to expand the ‘SEVEN BRO7HERS’ offering in our beer houses. We are very excited to have the first vodka pouring from the distillery and look forward to hearing the feedback from our customers.”
Seven Bro7hers Liverpool Beer House opened its doors in the heart of Wolstenholme Square in Liverpool City Centre, summer 2022. Nestled on Parr Street, the bar hosts on tap the brewery’s popular family of beers and beer specials, as well as offering a menu of hearty, delicious pub grub. The beerhouse has a popular a weekly quiz night and monthly events and gigs.
Seven Bro7hers was founded in 2014 by McAvoy brothers, Guy, Keith, Luke, Daniel, Nathan, Kit, and Greg, inspired by their dad’s home-brewing in their cellar at home. The Liverpool site is the fourth beerhouse in Seven Bro7hers growing portfolio, however it is the first expansion outside of the family’s Salford hometown.
