New Day-To Night Coffee Bar, Switch, To Open In Wolstenholme Square

Liverpool will welcome a new coffee bar in April with the opening of the new and exciting Switch CoffeeBar.

Based in Wolstenholme Square, Switch CoffeeBar will seamlessly transition from day to night.

From exceptional coffee by day, and carefully created cocktails by night, Switch CoffeeBar will cater for every mood, from early morning pick me ups where guests can get their caffeine fix right in the heart of the city centre, to relaxed afternoon gatherings before the venue makes a notable ‘switch’ into an evening ambiance.

Serving up innovative coffee-based cocktails from its global-inspired list, Switch CoffeeBar will transform with upbeat music and an infectious atmosphere by night.

Created by entrepreneur Jon Dunnington, who is from Liverpool and now splits his time between his hometown and New York City, Switch CoffeeBar will bring an entirely new all day destination to the city.

With a focus on sustainability, Switch CoffeeBar responsibly sources its coffee beans, prioritises eco-friendly packaging, and is committed to waste reduction and energy efficiency.

The all day destination has also gone a step further with the Head Barista and Head Mixologist working together to innovatively create cocktails that will incorporate used coffee beans to minimise waste.

Operations Manager, Joe Jackson, explained: “Switch CoffeeBar is forging the gap between day to night; from coffee to cocktails, it’ll be the perfect all day destination for grabbing your morning coffee, gathering with friends, business meetings, freelance and remote working, enjoying a date night or making a night of it with our carefully selected cocktail list.

“Our vision for Switch CoffeeBar is for our community to visit us for their daily coffee where they can sit and relax, catch up with friends or take a minute out of their day for themselves. By 5pm, we’ll make quite the transition to amp up the atmosphere, taking our guests from day to night with an obvious ‘switch’ and the introduction of our coffee-based cocktails. We can’t wait to reveal more and show everyone exactly how we’ll be doing that from the interior, to the music and menu.”
