Gino D’Acampo Launches New Sky Bar Terrace at INNSiDE Liverpool

An exclusive new rooftop terrace has opened at INNSiDE Liverpool raising the bar for alfresco drinking and dining in the city to new heights.

Gino D’Acampo Sky Bar Terrace stands over 270 feet above the ground making it the city’s highest alfresco restaurant and bar.

Located on the South side of the hotel and running the full-length of the 18th floor Sky Bar, Sky Bar Terrace affords guests the opportunity to soak up unrivalled jaw-dropping views of the city’s stunning skyline; its water vantage making it arguably the best spot in Liverpool to watch the setting sun.

In-keeping with the design of the impressive panoramic restaurant and bar, the look is stylish and sleek, with an impressive sit-at neolith cocktail bar for 37 people providing uninterrupted views of the cruise liners docked on Liverpool’s beautiful waterfront and beyond. On a clear day guests can even see as far as North Wales.

Guests can relax sipping on an extensive selection of drinks including world-class cocktails, the finest sparkling wine, Prosecco, Italian and international wines, spirits, and artisan beers.  The Ginger & Yuzu Mojito (£9.50) – a blend of Havana Club 3yr rum, La Yuzu liqueur ginger, mint, lime, and soda; and the Campari Blood Orange Spritz (£9.25) featuring Campari, Pampelle ruby grapefruit L’Apero, blood orange and soda provide a refreshing taste of summer.

For those that prefer their drink to come with a sparkle, pull up a seat during Spritz hour (4pm to 6pm) and enjoy a special incentive on three classics – the Aperol spritz, Campari blood orange spritz, and Negroni Sbaglito. The offer is available exclusively to members of Gino Rewards, with non-members invited to register during their visit.

The Sky Bar’s much-celebrated cicchetti menu, featuring a collection of authentic Italian small plates, is also available for those looking for a light bite, with guests visiting during Aperitivo time, 5pm to 7pm, invited to enjoy a complimentary selection to accompany their drinks.

The Sky Bar Terrace is set to the sound of a carefully curated playlist, with luxurious blankets keeping guests warm long after sundown. When the terrace draws to a close the party continues inside, with the Sky Bar’s resident DJ’s playing until late, framed against 360 views of Liverpool and beyond.

Sky Bar Terrace accommodates 37 guests when seated. Table reservations are encouraged, with the intimate venue promising to draw a glamorous, refined, and relaxed crowd. Bookings are open now with the exclusive venue open from 12pm to 11pm seven days a week. Private hire is available for the perfect cocktail or canape party.

In the event of a grey day or unforeseen changes in the weather, guests can enjoy the outdoors or indoors, with all Sky Bar Terrace reservations welcomed in the Sky Bar, so guests can relish in uninterrupted views of the city from the comfort of the beautiful bar and lounge.

Sky Bar Terrace forms part of a £300k investment in alfresco dining at INNSiDE Liverpool and follows the reopening of the hotel’s 170-seated Secret Garden by Gino D’Acampo last month (May 2023).

Here guests can enjoy the leading Italian chef’s new spring/summer menu in a beautiful Mediterranean garden setting. Concealed from public view the alfresco venue is a place to see-and-be-seen with a touch of welcome privacy.
