Formby Hall Golf Resort & Spa is looking for young people to unleash their creativity with its design a Christmas card competition.
The resort is looking for high-school children across the region, aged 11-16, to design a card that will spread the festive cheer! The winning card will be available to buy at Formby Hall, with all funds raised going to the hotel’s charity, Cash for Kids.
The winning card designer’s name and school will be printed on the card, and they will win an after-school golf party at the resort’s Toptracer driving range complete with instructors, golf games and pizzas for their entire class!
Here’s how to enter:
Theme: “A Magical Christmas”. Christmas is all about friends, family, fun, snow, presents and much more! Use your imagination to show what a magical Christmas means to you.
Design: Create your Christmas card design with whichever medium you would like – from pencils, pens and paints to digital illustrations, it’s entirely up to you.
Size: Your design must be able to fit a standard 5x7inch card size.
To enter: Send your designed entry by email with the subject line “Formby Hall Christmas Card Competition” to [email protected] or send it by post to Formby Hall Christmas Card Competition, Formby Hall Golf Resort & Spa, Southport Old Road, Formby, L37 0AB. Send your full name, age, name of school and a short description of your design inspiration with your entry.
Deadline: Entries close on 1 November 2023. Winner will be announced on 7 November 2023.
