Comic Con Liverpool ONE Takeover Full Line up Revealed

Liverpool ONE is gearing up to host a full Comic Con takeover as favourite characters from films and comic books take centre stage ahead of the much-anticipated arrival of Comic Con in the city.

The retail and entertainment destination will host a packed schedule of cosplay fantasy and science-fiction character appearances, parades and selfie opportunities from 29 March until 5 May, including Easter.

Cosplay groups from across the region will take over Liverpool ONE, offering fans selfie opportunities and helping to drive excitement starting from Easter, ahead of Comic Con taking place on 4 and 5 May.

The biannual convention, which has grown to become the biggest one in the UK outside London, will be held across all locations of the ACC Liverpool campus including the Exhibition and Convention Centres, Auditorium and M&S Bank Arena, with an impressive line-up of appearances from stars such as Orlando Bloom, Catherine Tate, Jared Padalecki, Andy Serkis and Elijah Wood.

And visitors to Liverpool ONE will have the chance to enjoy a month-long countdown and get involved in the build-up to Comic Con at Liverpool ONE.

Liverpool ONE are encouraging. parents to bring their kids in fancy dress to enjoy the atmosphere.

Appearances and parades will include cosplay characters from Doctor Who, Star Wars, Halo, Ghostbusters and much more. The confirmed cosplay schedule at Liverpool ONE includes:

  • Merseyside Ghostbusters on Friday 29 March
  • Star Wars parade by Order 66 on Sat 30 March                    
  • Doctor Who characters with the Tardis by Project Dalek on Saturday 6 April
  • Comic Con classic characters by The Central Legion on Saturday 13 April
  • Superheroes parade by Order 66 on Saturday 20 April        
  • The Imperial Garrison from Star Wars on Saturday 27 April    
  • Halo inspired characters by Fireteam Ascension on Saturday 4 May      
  • Cosplay Parade on Sunday 5 May

Comic Con Liverpool 2024 will feature star guests from movies, streaming, gaming, anime and sports entertainment.

As well as the chance to meet their heroes, fans will also be able to have their picture taken with unique set-builds and props, plus pick up the perfect gift on the show floor and try their hand at retro and modern gaming.
