Botanico To Celebrate New Year’s Eve In Style With Four Course Menu, Aperitifs And Live Music

Botanico, Woolton Village’s new eatery, is celebrating New Year’s Eve for the first time with guests.

After welcoming thousands of people from Liverpool and beyond, Botanico will ring in 2024 in style with a four course menu, aperitifs and live music in their beautiful restaurant in the heart of Woolton.

For £85 per person, guests can expect to be welcomed with aperitifs in Botanico’s spectacular tea room, followed. By a glass of Prosecco and nibbles. 

And then, from 8.45pm onwards, guests will be taken into the main dining area to enjoy a three course meal and live entertainment.

To start, guests can dine from a selection of dishes including slow cooked pulled beef with potato puree, burrata with beef tomatoes and parma ham, calamari with garlic mayonnaise and spicy salsa, pan fried king prawns with cherry tomato sauce, chilli and garlic.

Or for vegetarians, the parmigiana; oven baked aubergine layered with tomato sauce, mozzarella parmesan and basil, and for vegans, the delicious beetroot houmous served with homemade focaccia.

For mains, guests can tuck into decadent ravioli lobster with lobster bisque, roasted cod supreme with crushed new potatoes, cherry tomatoes, capers and black olives, fillet mignon served with potato terrine, spinach and peppercorn sauce, chicken supreme with potato puree, Italian soffritto and tarragon sauce or mushroom and truffle risotto.

The evening will be finished off with homemade desserts, baked by Botanico’s talented pastry team. Options include lemon tart; vanilla tart with lemon cream, raspberry gel and vanilla crumble with raspberry sorbet, chocolate fondant with vanilla gelato or traditional homemade tiramisu.

Live music will be provided throughout the evening, with a singer and guitarist serenading guests to create a wonderful atmosphere ahead of ringing in the new year at midnight.

Tables will be complete with party poppers and blowers, party hats and accessories, and enjoy festivities until 1am.

“We’ve created a delicious New Year’s Eve menu based on Botanico favourites, ensuring there is something for everyone. New Year’s Eve will be a fantastic event, with live music, delicious food and lots of excitement as we celebrate this occasion with our guests for the very first time.”
