Six By Nico is the epitome of fine dining and exquisite food, serving a six-course tasting-menu – each one themed upon a different place, memory or idea, every six weeks. The six-course set menu is £32 a head and you can add matching wines for £27. There is vegetarian menu too! Home by Nico are also selling ‘date night for two’ meal kits for £45, available here.

The Refinery

The Refinery is located by Hope Street and offers a large menu, and amazing signature cocktails. The contemporary décor comprises of concrete floors with Moroccan tiling, bare wooden tables, leather banquette seating, rough plastered walls & window rope lights. During the day, The Refinery is relaxed and chilled but by night, it’s beautifully candle lit and perfect for a luxury date.

Roski

The Best Fine Dining Restaurants In Liverpool 6

At Röski Restaurant, you can enjoy fine dining in an intimate, relaxed atmosphere and beautifully creative food and service. Located on Rodney Street, Röski offers an £85 set tasting menu, featuring over 10 brilliant dishes. Vegetarian and pescatarian options must be requested in advance.

Dash is a beautifully decorated restaurant, in the beautiful Victoria Buildings. Their menu is a fusion of Asian and British dishes and their A La Carte menu is perfect for Valentine’s Day. Treat your loved one to elegance and luxury.

Olive and Grape

Olive and Grape in Mossley Hill offers a bistro menu that changes with the seasons, to ensure the best quality food. The restaurant is luxurious, however the meal prices are reasonable at around £15 for a main and £8 for a starter.
