The Knowsley Social LGBT+ Social partners with LCR Pride Foundation for LGBT+ summer extravaganza

The Knowsley Social LGBT+ Social is happening this summer.

The Knowsley Social – a nine-week festival featuring big name music and family events – has announced a partnership with LCR Pride Foundation for a one-off LGBT+ summer celebration this June.

A celebration of lesbian, gay, bi, trans and queer life in Knowsley! TKS aims to promote awareness through top class entertainment for the LGBT+ community. Expect drag acts, pop stars and international artists will be performing at these special inclusive and diverse events. The festival is welcoming all members of the community as well as friends and families.

The dancing diva of Essex herself, Miss Cheryl Hole. Embodying High Street Essex with showgirl glamour. The death dropping, heart-stopping dancing Cheryl Hole with her quick-witted catchphrases and ridiculous humour. Cheryl stormed onto the UK drag scene in 2016 and hasn’t stopped since. Now embarking on her new venture on the first season of Ru Paul’s Drag Race on BBC3 and successfully came fourth place. Cheryl is now busy touring the world and we are excited to see what the future holds for our Queen of Essex.

The stars of the 2000’s, S-Club, now joining forces with Amelia Lily, will also accompany The LGBT Social event. All the S Club hits plus some vocals from Amelia and some of her very own hits. This brand new show they will provide will be sure to be heavy on the nostalgia front!

The exclusive event, in partnership with the LCR Pride Foundation, will take place inside The Knowsley Social’s big top tent which has been purposefully built to hold 1000 people only.

Families and friends can purchase tickets for VIP pods at the event which will help raise money for the LCR Pride Foundation, Liverpool City Region’s leading LGBT+ charity.

Tickets are on sale now at www.theknowsleysocial.co.uk.
