Huge Gigs Heading to CONTENT Liverpool This Summer & Beyond

CONTENT is gearing up to launch as a live music venue from next week in Liverpool. And there’s some seriously good gigs coming up to get exciting about.

The action kicks off with American icon Caroline Polachek performing on Friday 26 May.  Her incredible vocal range and wonderfully diverse pop songs all feature on her Desire, I Want to Turn Into You, already feted as one of the iconic albums of 2023 and she’s all set to bring the roof off. Support has also been announced for the show from True Blue.

CONTENT is the state-of-the-art events space in Cains Brewery Village bringing major live music artists and bands to perform in the city, whilst continuing to host Bongo’s Bingo shows throughout the year. The venue has partnered exclusively with DICE, the event discovery platform and world’s largest independent music ticketing company.

Tickets are also on sale for Unknown Mortal Orchestra who will be performing on Tuesday 20 June following the release of their forthcoming album, V. Then looking further ahead into the summer, Liverpool Disco Festival is moving to CONTENT for its 10th anniversary edition on Saturday 19 August and the irrepressible Craig Charles is debuting on Boxing Day for his riotous Craig Charles Funk and Soul House Party in December. More live shows will be announced soon.

Mike Deane, Head of Music at CONTENT, says: “We’re very excited as we prepare for our debut live event with Caroline Polachek on Friday 26 May which heralds a new era for Liverpool. CONTENT and DICE are all about progression, audience and fan experience and high-level technology in live events, so bringing the two together feels a momentous moment for the city. The investment that’s gone into the production at CONTENT makes this venue a truly exciting new player with more live shows planned for this year and into 2024 whilst continuing to host Bongo’s Bingo events.”
