Fast Food Fans Will Love This Homemade McDonald’s Big Mac Recipe By Gizzi Erskine and Professor Green
Chef Gizzie Erskine and rapper/presenter Professor Green have provided the ultimate homemade McDonald’s Big Mac recipe.
We’ve been without some of our favourite fast food chains for over 4 weeks now so when we stumbled across a brand new Instagram account by chef Gizzi Erskine and rapper/presenter Professor Green – @gizandgreens we were ecstatic to find their homemade McDonald’s Big Mac recipe.
Chef and food writer Gizzi has been spending lockdown with her good friend Stephen Manderson, better known as Professor Green, so the pair decided to put their isolation time to good use by creating some amazing homemade takeaway favourites.
To create your very own Big Mac you’ll need:
Minced Beef 20% fat
Seeded burger buns
Lettuce
Gherkins
Onions
Processed cheese slices
French’s mustard
Tomato Puree
Tomato Ketchup
Vinegar
