The spectacular River of Light outdoor illuminated art installations trail runs from Friday 27 October – Sunday 5 November, with the exhibits lit daily from 5 pm – 9 pm.

Maray is one of many dockside venues with breathtaking views of River of Light artwork, Ukrainian Dreams. While soaking up the view, enjoy a selection of Middle Eastern-inspired small plates with plenty of veggie and vegan options. Partnering with sister venue, The One O’Clock Gun, the team will also be offering a to-go menu featuring signature falafel-filled wraps and hot chocolates.
Lunyalita
For those still dreaming about summer, visitors to the dock can enjoy the sun-drenched flavours of Catalunya with Lunyalita. Choose from a variety of meat, fish and vegetable tapas dishes for a flavoursome light bite. Alternatively, tuck into platters or paella for the ultimate Spanish feast with friends or family.
Gusto
Located near River of Light artwork Emergence, indulge in fresh, Italian-inspired fare and an exotic drinks menu at Gusto. Whether it’s perfect pasta dishes or mouth-watering steak, there’s something for every craving at this dockside venue, including budding chefs. Little ones can create their own pizza, choosing their favourite flavour combinations before handing their creation back to the Gusto chefs to cook.
Madre
Those searching for Liverpool’s tastiest tacos needn’t look further than Madre. Located in Anchor Courtyard, choose from meat, fish or veggie stuffed as well as wood-fired grills and snacks made for sharing. Also on Madre’s Mexican-inspired menu lies a selection of refreshing margaritas for the perfect pairing.
Rosa’s Thai
Combining a direct view across the inner quay with authentic flavour-packed Thai dishes, Rosa’s Thai offers a warm and friendly approach to Southeast Asian cuisine. Serving up a series of dishes prepared with seasonal British ingredients, the menu includes Pad Thai, noodle soups and a range of Rosa’s own recipe curries.
