Pao! To Serve Up Banquet For Chinese New Year At Claremont Farm
Liverpool’s Asian Street Food purveyors Pao! are cooking up a traditional Chinese New Year banquet at Claremont Farm on the Wirral next month.
Some firm old favourites and some more unusual dishes will make their way to your table, all made using locally sourced ingredients. The menu will also feature some of Claremont Farm’s winter produce, putting a spin on the traditional!
This year will be the Year of the Monkey, which represents curiosity and mischievousness, so Pao! are putting on a fun and playful event that encourages sharing and a sense of occasion!
