Everton Stadium’s Domingo’s Bar & Grill To Open For Sunday Dining Throughout Autumn
Domingo’s Bar & Grill at Hill Dickinson Stadium will open its doors for Sunday dining throughout the remainder of 2026 following the sell-out success of its first non-matchday restaurant dates this summer.
From Sunday 13 September, Domingo’s Bar & Grill will welcome diners on Sundays when Everton are not playing at home, giving supporters and visitors another opportunity to experience the Club’s waterfront home away from matchdays.
The new programme of dates will run through to December and follows an overwhelmingly positive response to the restaurant’s first public openings during the summer, when nearly every available Sunday sold out.
At the heart of the menu, developed by Aramark, the Club’s culinary partner, will be a traditional Sunday roast, with diners able to choose from roast British sirloin of beef, thyme and garlic half roast chicken, grilled salmon fillet or herb and shallot-crusted squash steak.
Roasts will be served with a selection of traditional accompaniments, including Yorkshire pudding, seasonal vegetables and roast potatoes, with vegetarian options also available.
The British sirloin of beef proved one of the most popular dishes during the summer openings, while the sticky toffee pudding with treacle sauce and vanilla ice cream was another standout with diners.
For those looking for an alternative to a traditional roast, Domingo’s Bar & Grill will also offer a selection of bar classics, alongside additional sides and desserts.

“Our ambition is for Domingo’s to become a recognised Sunday dining destination in Liverpool – somewhere people choose for a family meal, a celebration or simply a great Sunday roast in a unique waterfront setting.
“With its views across the Mersey, distinctive setting and strong food offer, Domingo’s has all the ingredients to become a destination in its own right, not just somewhere associated with an Everton matchday.
“Making spaces like Domingo’s available more regularly is also an important part of how we want to use Hill Dickinson Stadium. The stadium was designed to be active well beyond matchdays, and opening the restaurant on Sundays gives people another reason to visit, enjoy the waterfront and experience the venue in a different way this autumn.”
Bookings will be available for Sundays between September and December when Everton are not playing a home fixture, with advance booking recommended following the sell-out summer dates.
