Held annually, the International Salon Culinaire brings together elite chefs in a live and static competition environment, where dishes are judged to exacting professional standards. Winning at this level is widely regarded as a mark of excellence within the global hospitality industry.

The team from Gran Caffe was led by Head of Pastry Camilla Antonietta Bagnardi (Antonietta), the team impressed judges with a series of beautifully handcrafted creations that demonstrated exceptional technical skill, precision, and artistic flair. Competing against some of the most talented chefs from across the globe, Gran Caffè stood out for its commitment to authentic Italian craftsmanship and innovation.
