Constellations opening new venue in Cains Brewery Village with ‘Hinterlands’
Constellations are to celebrate three years of success by expanding into the burgeoning Cains Brewery Village.
The team behind the popular Baltic Triangle venue are bringing their new multi-purpose space, Hinterlands to life, alongside the Baltic Market, Brewery Works, Go-Cr8 and Northern Lights developments.
Hinterlands is a 10,500 square foot, three-room hireable space. Unusual and adaptable to a diverse range of events; with a focus towards creative, digital, entertainment & retail. Hinterlands, is ‘The Space Beyond’, situated on Mann St, nestled within the new Cains Brewery Village, less than 200 metres away from Constellations.
A unique proposition for organisers hosting events and festivals in Liverpool, Hinterlands will host events for brands, businesses, agencies, community groups and party organisers in any one of its three independent spaces: the Event Hall, Eclipse and Annex.
Hinterlands is a converted warehouse, developed in phases, with phase 1 completed earlier this month. Consisting of an Event Hall, a hand-crafted mezzanine bar, an Eclipse Theatre space and smaller breakout meeting space for a wide range of uses, Hinterlands will host weddings, parties, conferences, galas, away-days & team building, food & drink events, photo and film shoots and brand activations.
Technology will play a big part in the venue’s design; with a focus on creative, digital, retail and entertainment uses, helping to connect each visitor’s physical and digital experience. The venue will use state-of-the-art PAs multimedia and have Metronet Wifi – accessible to every customer. The venue will also offer community groups and not-for-profit businesses subsidised hire-fees, ensuring the venue is accessible to all – whilst bringing exciting new entertainment and interactive experiences to the city – from far and wide.

The Constellations team are committed to continuing the regeneration of the Baltic neighbourhood, working alongside Northern Lights, Baltic Creative and the new Brewery Works development. In 2017, Constellations solidified its reputation within the Baltic Triangle and Liverpool with a series of exceptional festivals, music & cultural events, expos and conferences.
