Weekly Noise is a short and straightforward way of sharing Liverpool’s trending news and topics in the form of a weekly poem. Laura Chonzi will take the top trending hashtags or stories on social media and turn them into a ten-line poetic masterpiece for each week of the month, hence the name.
LFC has made us proud once again,
By ensuring that our support was not in vein.
Another week has come,
Hopefully it doesn’t leave us feeling numb.
Schools are back in session,
Let’s pray the modules are worth the obsession.
Meanwhile, the weather looks under itself,
So please do take care of yourself.
The PM is struggling to fulfill his promises,
And I don’t think he really notices.
