The venue has a storied local history, serving as a farmhouse for many years. Known to the local community as a bank and then a restaurant in the years to follow, The Manor now begins its next chapter as a restaurant and events space.
The Manor offers a contemporary British menu that features influences from gastropub fayre as well as inspiration from around the world. The kitchen team uses the finest seasonal produce to create dishes that are both delicious and visually appealing. The Manor also has an extensive wine list, delicious cocktails and a selection of local beers on tap.
What we ate:
Starter: Crispy Mini Spiced Chicken Tacos.
Mains: Aromatic Crispy Duck, & Margherita Pizza straight from the pizza oven.
Dessert: The Manor Sundae and the Lime Cheesecake.
We’re glad to say that the food exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect and incredibly tasty. The Crispy Duck was certainly a standout dish.
In addition to the restaurant, The Manor also has a wedding barn that can accommodate up to 80 guests. The barn is the perfect setting for intimate and unforgettable special events such as wedding receptions, birthdays, and family gatherings.
