With summer just around the corner, our favourite cocktail bar The Alchemist has announced its brand new brunch concept, ‘Boundless Balearic Brunch’ as part of its ‘Praise the Rays’ season.
‘Praise the Rays’ is all about celebrating the pagan tradition of the solstice with special events running throughout the summer. To kick-start the festivities they’ve introduced the ‘Boundless Balearic Brunch’, a new Saturday brunch menu where visitors can enjoy a delicious brunch dish and three cocktails for £25, or have the option to go ‘Boundless’ drinks for £35.
The brunch offering includes ‘The Full Alchemist’, ‘Smashed Avocado & Poached Eggs on Sourdough Toast’ and vegans have the option of ‘Tofu Scramble & Avocado on Sourdough Toast’.
