SEVEN BRO7HERS Brewing Co To Open Its Doors In Liverpool This Month

SEVEN BRO7HERS BREWING CO is opening its brand-new beerhouse in the heart of Liverpool City Centre this month.

The much-awaited beerhouse will finally open its Wolstenholme Square doors for a soft opening on the 27 May following more than six months of delays due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Nestled on Parr Street, the bar will host on tap the brewery’s popular family of beers and beer specials, as well as offering a menu of hearty, delicious pub grub.

The Liverpool site is the fourth beerhouse in SEVEN BRO7HERS growing portfolio, however it is the first expansion outside of the family’s Salford hometown.

Keith McAvoy, CEO of SEVEN BRO7HERS, said: “The Liverpool site has been a long time in the making, but we believe it will be worth the wait! We have worked through a series of setbacks following the covid-19 pandemic, so it feels like a huge achievement for the whole family to open our doors this month.

“We are very proud to show the people of this great city our brand-new space and can’t wait to kick off and be part of the Liverpool buzz.”

Priding itself on being a North-West business and striving to keep it ‘local’, the brothers will be recruiting for chefs, bar staff and managers across Merseyside area. The beerhouse is also on the hunt for local suppliers for food and drink – calling for local beers, spirits, grocers, butchers, and bakers to get in touch.

The brothers have even commissioned local artist, Jazz Stan, to do a stunning mural in the beerhouse space.

Speaking about SEVEN BRO7HERS new home, Keith added: “We have built the bar from the ground up to make sure it is integral to SEVEN BRO7HERS house style but loyal to its city roots.

“It is important to us to recruit local talent in the city, and we want to work with Merseyside suppliers as we grow into this new neighbourhood. We are passionate about family and can’t wait to bring Liverpool into the fold.”

Situated around the corner from popular hangout Duke Street Market, punters can grab food and pints seven days a week. The bar will offer indoor and outdoor sitting, with space for bookings and walk-ins from 12pm.

SEVEN BRO7HERS was founded in 2014 by McAvoy brothers, Guy, Keith, Luke, Daniel, Nathan, Kit, and Greg, inspired by their dad’s home-brewing in their cellar at home.

The brothers currently run successful beer houses in Middlewood Locks, Salford and Ancoats, in Manchester. They also operate a taproom bar in the brewery.

In July 2020 they opened their partnership bar at Manchester Airports new T2 Departure Lounge and in May 2021 they opened their doors to a Beerhouse in the heart of MediaCityUK.
