New Speciality Coffee & Cocktail Venue Co.Co Opens On Castle Street
Co.Co, a new speciality coffee and cocktail venue, has opened on Castle Street in Liverpool.
Co.Co. serves speciality coffee from 10 am including flat white, cappuccino, latte, macchiato, mocha, Americano and more, alongside a selection of delicious fresh pastries from local independent bakers including Butterholic’s popular croissants and cruffins.
Open seven days a week, by night, Co.Co. becomes a relaxed and inviting bar, with a range of expertly made cocktails including classics such as Pornstar Martini, Cosmopolitan, Espresso Martini, Mai Tai and Daquiri to name a few, as well as a fully stocked bar of spirits, beers and wines.
Co.Co. has transformed the former William Hill on Castle Street, with the venue boasting plush half moon booths, exposed brick interior, a range of high and low seating, decadent lighting and it’s been complete with a fitting neon sign that reads ‘Late Nights, Early Mornings”.
Combined with the luxurious surroundings, Co.Co also offers table service from the attentive team.
The venue is currently also adorned in beautiful Christmas decorations with two impressive Christmas trees including the 10ft tree that’s displayed in their front window, garlands dressing the huge arched windows and door frame.
Joseph Goulden, Day Manager at Co.Co, said: “Co.Co will be a welcome addition to Castle Street, bringing a day-to-night venue to one of the city’s most renowned culinary and drinking hotspots. Offering quality coffee, delicious pastries and brunch cocktails during the day, Co.Co will then transform into a bar with a welcoming and up-beat atmosphere during the evening.
“Myself and the team have worked hard to perfect Co.Co’s offering with local suppliers and we’re incredibly excited to welcome our first guests from this Saturday 26th November when we open our doors for the first time.”

The team has sensitively transformed the building, adding life and excitement into the venue whilst honouring its unique characteristics that are etched in the historical building.
“By day, guests can work from Co.Co with a coffee and pastry to hand, and by night, the venue will transition so that couples, groups of friends and colleagues can take to the bar for an expertly created cocktail in sophisticated surroundings.”
