New Look Lake House Primed for Summer Fun

Waterloo’s beloved Lake House is gearing up for a sensational summer, boasting a calendar packed with events and breath-taking sunsets. With recent enhancements to The Lawn area and the unveiling of a tantalizing Mediterranean-inspired menu The Lake House has it all this summer.

Adding to The Lawn is the upcoming installation of an outdoor TV screen designed to combat even the brightest sunlight. From Wimbledon to the Euros, guests can gather at The Lake House to enjoy the major sporting spectacles amidst picturesque surroundings.

A makeover is also underway on the decking area, with the installation of heating and cover from the elements as well as beautiful planters that will only further enhance the venue’s idyllic charm. Additional tall tables will also be perfect for friendly get togethers. Guests can also try the newly introduced Mediterranean inspired menu while overlooking the tranquil marine lake, indulging in delectable pasta dishes, enticing small plates, and comforting classics. With such a unique setting, The Lake House really does stand apart with their delicious cuisine and delightful drinks.

Live music continues to takes center stage at The Lake House, with acoustic performances every Friday evening and throughout the day on Saturdays and Sundays. Local artists set the mood with laid-back tunes, creating the perfect ambiance for sunny days and enchanting sunset evenings. A special Glastonbury themed event will also be happening on The Lawn with live music and screening of all the festival coverage.

Guiding The Lake House’s new direction is Managing Director Josh Roberts, who spearheaded the latest enhancements to the venue.
