Home sellers in the L7 postcode dropped their prices by an average of £-10,833 (7.98%) secure a sale.

Tracking 687 property transactions between December 2020 and December 2021, the monthly updated asking house price vs. sold property price difference tool shows the average differences between asking prices on Rightmove and their actual sold prices lodged at the HM Land Registry.

The biggest price discounts in Liverpool were seen in the L7 (Liverpool) postcode.  Across this region, 6 sellers were knocking off an average of £-10,833 (or 7.98%) from the initial asking price in the 12 months to December 2021.

Over the same period, the lowest hits on price were seen in L32 (Liverpool), where 7 home sellers reduced their properties by an average of £-357 (or 0.34%) to get the sale going.
