Noise From The City: Liverpool Mayor’s Question Time
Dear Somebody,
Now is the time to be a voice for the voiceless. Liverpool City Region residents will have the opportunity to put their questions directly to Mayor Steve Rotheram as part of a new series of live public Question Time events.
The first Mayor’s Question Time will take place on Wednesday 3 June in Sefton, with former Granada Reports presenter Lucy Meacock hosting the discussion in front of a live audience of local residents.
The event marks the first in a new quarterly series that will be held in venues across all six local authority areas, giving residents regular opportunities to raise issues, ask questions and hear directly from the Mayor about the work being carried out across the city region. Questions can be submitted in advance as part of the registration process, with additional live questions taken on the night.
Residents will be able to raise topics ranging from transport and housing to jobs, regeneration and public services.
Residents can register and find out more about how to submit a question by visiting eventbrite.co.uk/e/question-time-with-steve-rotheram. For those unable to attend in person, the event will be streamed live.
Sincerely,
Liverpool Noise
