The Comedy Festival Choir will be popping up to lift the spirits of Liverpool at different locations across September. They’ll be spreading happiness with songs that are sure to raise a smile, serotonin levels and some major octaves! Who knows where they’ll turn up to tickle your fancy?

Venture into the World’s Smallest Comedy Club for a 3-minute blast of laughs in a 4 seat tent. They have booked some of the best comedians on the circuit and there’s only front row seats! You never know who might pop up to give you a case of the giggles in the worlds’ most intimate comedy club setting. Find them at Liverpool One at lunchtime on Friday 20th September and at Liverpool’s Royal Court for the International Weekend of Wellbeing on Saturday 21st September.

Humour & Health Events

The groundbreaking year-round community projects delivered by The Comedy Trust will take centre stage in the studio space of Liverpool’s Royal Court. The Feeling Funny Mums, Youth and Men’s projects will all be performing new shows on the back of their projects that use comedy to tackle poor mental health.

The family friendly International Weekend of Wellbeing returns on Saturday 21st September with free performances in the Royal Court Studio plus a uniquely curated Wellbeing Marketplace in the Courtyard. Featuring a sound bath, VR meditation booths, a smoothie bike and forest bathing, the Weekend aims to signpost attendees towards additional and alternative pathways to wellness.

Plus the hilarious and groundbreaking Stay Awake Hypnosis – a guided meditation which attempts to prevent it’s listeners from relaxing by unsettling them with disturbing and worrying thoughts.
