Liverpool Agency Blaze Media Move Into New Office, Doubling Its Space For Employees
Liverpool digital agency Blaze Media has revealed that it has moved out of Digital House in the Baltic Triangle and into a new bigger office space on Stanhope Street to facilitate its ever-growing team.
Spearheaded by Managing Director Paul Webley who created the business in December 2017, Blaze Media has grown exponentially since its inception.
With a team of 15, and over 60 clients including Merseyrail, Sennheiser, LEAF Tea Shop and Suttons, Blaze Media has become renowned for its digital services in Liverpool and beyond.
Paul, 42 from Crosby, created Blaze Media from his garden office after identifying a gap in the market for an ambitious, full service digital marketing agency specialising in Paid Media, Social Media, Email Marketing, SEO, Web Hosting and Dev Support, with the team completing over 120 websites across WordPress, Shopify and Webflow over their seven years in business.
After hiring his first apprentice in 2019, Paul signed for his first office above a plumbing and heating company on Crosby Road North.
But by the end of 2020, he had expanded with four staff and outgrowing the current office, Paul moved the team into a second space on Moor Lane.
Further rapid growth saw Blaze Media expand again to eight employees as well as a second apprentice and it was undeniable that the agency needed a much bigger space.
In December 2021, after just four years in business, Blaze Media called their 2000 sqft office in Digital House, Baltic Triangle, home. This marked a pivotal moment for the agency; the office was much bigger than any space they’d taken before and was a huge investment for the business.
Shortly after, Blaze Media employee Rebecca Waterfield became Operations Director alongside Paul who remained as Managing Director, and together, the pair have driven the brand forward, enjoying 120% growth in the last three years.
Blaze Media’s new office is in the centre of the Baltic Triangle on Stanhope Street, and is over two floors with 4600 sqft of space.
On Blaze’s expansion and new office space, Managing Director Paul Webley said: “Since creating Blaze, myself and the team have worked so hard to create a digital agency that we’re so proud of.
The company’s core values are diligence, resilience and ambition and since 2017, we’ve experience so much change and growth, as well as our fair share of challenges, but I’m delighted to have secured this new office space to facilitate our expanding team, giving them an office space where they can maximise their creativity and productivity, hold private meetings and enjoy breakout sessions and a dedicated staff area to relax in.”
Rebecca Waterfield, Operations Director, added: “The office move marks a new stage in Blaze Media’s growth strategy. With the additional space, and our own dedicated office, we can broaden our specialist services and give our team the very best environment to work in.
“Outside of Blaze, we’re very passionate about the industry and the Baltic Triangle area as a whole; I’m a non-executive director for the Baltic Triangle CIC as we’re incredibly passionate about this creative outlet in the city. We also run The Marketing Social, the biggest meet-up for marketing professionals in Liverpool as well as being partners with SAE Institute that helps shape the marketing curriculum and deliver workshops to their cohort. Blaze and its team is so much more than a digital marketing agency; we’re a nurturing hub for our employees, whilst also championing the marketing industry as a whole and we’re really excited for this next chapter.”
