Liverpool’s Largest Food Market, GPO, Introduces Two New Vendors

Liverpool’s largest food market, GPO, will welcome two new food vendors on Tuesday 3 October to its food hall based in Metquarter. Joining the current independent kitchens will be Twisted, the home of outrageous food, and Hot Chick, offering an array of saucy fried chicken.

GPO has partnered with The Lean Kitchen Network (LKN) to bring its exciting brands to Liverpool. The vendors join as part of GPO’s mission to ensure it delivers a varied selection of dishes from around the globe.

Twisted is the UK’s largest online food community with over 40 million followers across social platforms. The latest vendor offers tantalizing and delicious smashed patty burgers, crunchy chicken wings, and tenders.

Turning up the heat in GPO food market is Hot Chick, having recently won both the Judges’ award and the People’s Choice award at Wing Fest in 2023, the brand will bring succulent chicken wings, burgers, boneless chicken bites and tenders all coated in signature sauces. Like its honey buffalo, Korean gochujang, chipotle BBQ, and its award-winning Hot Naga sauce.
