Goonies Theme Bar Opening In Liverpool In 2018
A themed bar will be opening in the city in early 2018, paying homage to the cult classic 80’s movie The Goonies.
Following the arrival of the likes of the Home Alone and Peaky Blinders themed bars this year, Liverpool will be home to another quirky venue.
In case you’ve never watched the film, The Goonies is a classic coming of age tale of two brothers’ adventure to find pirate’s treasure in order to save their family home.
A post on The Goonies Bar Facebook page gives us a hint at what is to come;
“The Goonies Themed Bar, is an interactive bar experience paying tribute to the Cult Classic- The Goonies. Bring along your misfit friends in hopes of finding “One-Eyed Willy’s” Hidden Bar. Follow the treasure map upon arrival, join the adventure through the secret caves, escape the treacherous boobie traps and find the abandoned pirate ship where you will party the night away.”
