Föllakzoid Are Bringing Their Chilean Alt Rock Sound To The Magnet
Chilean alt-rockers Föllakzoid are heading to The Magnet on 17th May for what promises to be a trippy, immersive night of music.
Föllakzoid began seven years ago as a trance experience between childhood friends Diego, Juan Pablo, and Domingo from Santiago, Chile. Influenced by the heritage of the ancient music of the Andes, the band manage to integrate this influence with contemporary sounds, creating a rich yet minimal atmosphere.
They first came to the attention across the world with their 2013 album II, at just 5 tracks spread over a 45 minutes it was captivating in it’s psychadelic style. Their 2015 follow up album III really brought the band to the forefront of the alt-rock psych scene. The albums are designed to be listened to as a complete piece of work to really appreciate the dream-like vibe of each project.
Their headline show at The Magnet should be a night of epic psychedelia, with both a audibly and visibly memorable show.
