Flannels Department Store Will Feature Four New Food And Drink Venues
This summer a new Flannels department store will open in the former Owen Owen building in Liverpool city centre and will include four food and drink venues.
The new Flannels store will be set over six floors, fusing retail and leisure under one roof, with a mixture of best in class brands, dining and experiences.
On the ground floor, Bacino, will be serving guests modern Italian cuisine. There will be an all day menu offering brunch, pizzas, pasta, cocktails, coffees and desserts in a relaxing setting.
Three additional venues will open on the sixth floor this Autumn, including a Rooftop Brasserie, Bar and Pan Asian Restaurant. These venues will offer great views across the city and will have their own entrance. Open outside of store hours, guests can “drink, work, gather and party” late into the night.
The Brasserie will serve brunch, small plates and an eclectic mix of classic mains, alongside signature cocktails, coffee and wine; whether enjoying brunch, working from the lounge, meeting friends for dinner or sipping sundowners with a view of the city, the brasserie makes for the perfect day to night hangout.
The Pan-Asian restaurant will take inspiration from some of the globes’ most famous venues set within the floors’ most intimate, sensual and vivacious space. An open kitchen will take centre stage in which diners will be able to watch chefs cook over the open flames of the robata grill, craft fresh sashimi and work with seasonal ingredients to create Asian inspired dishes that are both daring and reimagined.
Those looking to enjoy a drink can do so in the new rooftop bar, serving a mix of skilfully crafted modern and classic cocktails alongside a curated wine and beers list. The space makes for the perfect setting to enjoy daytime catch ups, after work drinks and late night parties, with DJs every weekend and special events planned throughout the year.
Set over six floors, Flannels new luxury department store will open this summer. Alongside Flannels’ ready-to-wear luxury fashion and streetwear, the Liverpool store will launch a Flannels Beauty destination and an entire floor dedicated to leisure, activewear and sportswear which will include a Barry’s UK studio.
The Barry’s studio will offer classes, protein shakes and a place to test drive clothing and equipment. The two companies also plan to host joint events for their overlapping customer base, while Flannels will be treating its own staff to Barry’s classes.
