Epstein Lounge Sessions Live Stream Returns This Week Following 10k Audience For Their Opening Show

Epstein Lounge Sessions live stream connects local musicians with thousands watching at home.

The Epstein Lounge Sessions is a project set up by Rach Hankin and Helen Maw of the Liverpool Noise team, along with their colleague and friend Anthony Cunningham. The concept was formed through a desire to make use of the Epstein Theatre’s stunning bar, Brian’s Bar, as a creative space, as well as a platform for upcoming local creatives to share their talents with the venue’s loyal patrons and a wider local audience.

The extremely successful launch event in February featured live performances from local artists Nicola Hardman, Bradley Thompson, Jennifer Vaudrey, E C H O E S, and Helen Maw. Helen closed the show by inviting the other acts and Rach to the stage for a rendition of Country Roads that had everyone up on their feet.

Since the lockdown began, they unfortunately had to cancel all of their upcoming events but they have recently moved the lounge sessions online, in the form of a live stream through the Epstein Theatre Facebook page. Their first live stream took place on Friday 5 June and was a huge success with the videos of our artists performances amassing nearly 10,000 views in the first 24 hours.
