Duo of Dinners For Buyers’ Birthday Bash
Buyers Club Celebrates One Year Anniversary with Two Unique Culinary Evenings.
With Hardman Street restaurant Buyers Club turning a year old at the end of this month, the restaurant is preparing a delicious duo of unique dinners to celebrate its anniversary weekend.
Kicking off proceedings on Friday 30 September is ‘Buyers’ Birthday Banquet’.
No birthday party would be complete without a huge feast so the chefs at Buyers Club will be putting their own spin on party-buffet favourites and taking diners on a nostalgic culinary journey.
From cheese & pineapple sticks and mini sausage rolls to party rings and trifle, the chefs will be serving up a four-course menu of iconic British dishes like you’ve never seen or tasted before.
It’s not just the dishes that will be getting a birthday twist as there will also be a special ‘throw-back’ cocktail menu that diners can choose from during the evening.
Celebrations continue the following night (Saturday 1 October) with the return of Buyers Club’s hugely popular foraging dinners.
Meadow – the second in the series – will explore wild and local ingredients that can be found and foraged on the Cheshire plains.
As with last month’s sold-out dinner, Shoreline, which showcased an array of exquisite ingredients from the North Wales coast – all the main elements of the dishes will be hand-foraged by the chefs themselves.
Daniel Heffy, head chef and co-founder of Buyers Club, says:
“Our first year has flown by and we’ve loved every minute of it! We want to celebrate our birthday in the way we know best and that’s with lots of good food and drink. Buyers’ Birthday Banquet and Meadow are set to be two fantastic unique evenings and events you don’t want to miss!”
