City Celebrates Launch of New Hatton Garden Eatery Barley & Beans
Hatton Garden’s newest eatery Barley & Beans has received the city’s seal of approval as part of its official launch.
More than 50 guests descended on the quirky venue to welcome its recent arrival and meet director Nick Strauss and his team. As well as raising a toast to the eatery, local businesses from around the area sampled Barely & Beans’ innovative food, which put a contemporary twist on all-time favourites.
Nick said: “The team and I are delighted to have received such a warm welcome during our launch.
“As a result of our business district location, we hope to become a prime go-to place for city businesspeople, students and the generic public alike.”
To add to the merriments, Barley & Beans has also been ranked as the number one Liverpool restaurant on TripAdvisor.
Having only been established since September, the independent coffee bar and lounge with a twist received praise for its imaginative food, diverse cocktail menu and personable staff members.
Nick added: “We are over the moon to have been crowned number one on TripAdvisor. It really does mean a lot to us that our guests have taken the time to share their dining experiences on such a wide scale.
“It’s great to have received a fantastic public response in such a short period. We have many exciting times ahead of us, with the introduction of a selection of new food and drink offerings – therefore, we hope to maintain our prominent position.”
Barley & Beans is open Monday-Thursday 8am-9:30pm, Friday 8am-11pm, Saturday 9am-11pm and Sunday 9am-9:30pm.
