Every mum dining at Schloss on Mother’s Day will be welcomed with a complimentary Rosé Hugo Spritz – a refreshing mix of St-Germain elderflower liqueur and Ferghettina sparkling wine, crafted from hand-picked elderflowers straight from the French Alps.
The Cook Haus is pulling out all the stops with limited-time specials to mark the occasion. Treat mum to Curry Roasted Cod with buttered spinach and roasted fennel sauce or Shakshuka Lamb Shoulder served with smashed olive oil new potatoes and tenderstem broccoli. Those with a sweet tooth can indulge in a classic Sticky Toffee Pudding with vanilla ice cream – because what’s a celebration without dessert?
And of course, it wouldn’t be a trip to Schloss without the entertainment being in full swing. Rise + Shine Brunch runs from 10am-2pm, featuring walkabout proms taking song requests from mums, setting the perfect soundtrack for a relaxed breakfast or brunch. Later in the day, the Sunday Service Choir will take the stage with powerful soulful performances, bringing Motown and classic hits to life as guests enjoy hearty Sunday Roasts and special dishes.
As an extra treat, every motherly figure will also be gifted a hand-baked treat from the in-haus bakery in a custom Albert’s Schloss box – a little something sweet to take home.
