Share your heart and your food, with a 16oz, 40 day dry aged rump steak, cooked just how you like it, served with shoestring fries and a watercress, onion + parmesan salad, for just £40. Get saucy with sumptuous béarnaise, served on the side. 

Up the indulgence even further with a sharing Belgian chocolate fondue, made to drizzle or dip. Enjoy wünderful melted milk chocolate with a selection of haus-baked sweet treats and fresh fruit.

An ode to Albert’s everlasting love for Queen Victoria, a carefully curated cocktail menu of romantic tipples in collaboration with Didsbury Gin + Fever Tree will be available.

First up, the Love Letter, perfect for the sweetest of loves, with Raspberry + Elderflower Didsbury gin, lemon juice, agave + Fever-Tree rhubarb + raspberry tonic water.

A sweet but citrusy take on a klassic G+T, try Lemon + Strawberry Didsbury gin, limencello, cranberry juice, hibiscus, lemon and strawberry with Fever-Tree elderflower tonic water.

Heat up the night with the Passionista; Blood Orange + Passionfruit ARLU rum with citrus liqueur, hibiscus and Fever-Tree raspberry + rhubarb.

Starting at 8pm, join Dirty Bertie for a debaucherous night of surprise; Bertie’s Band Stand, with The One Night Stands, fronted by Simon Dale, making the one night wünder worth it, taking to the stage each hour until 10pm.
