Albert’s Schloss Liverpool Launches New Food & Drink Menu For Spring

Albert’s Schloss Liverpool proudly presents its brand new fantastisch spring food and drinks menus, bringing you the best of Alpine-inspired dishes and feasts inspired by the team’s travels across Alpine Europe.

Offering something for everyone, Albert’s Schloss’s brand-new drinks menu sets to welcome you to its Lustgarten – a grandiose pleasure garden belonging to this iconic Pleasure Palace – featuring specially curated seasonal cocktails, refreshing sustainable spritz, Haus-made Artisan Schnapps and an Alpine wine selection.

The crown of the menu is a match made in ‘Sch-Royalty’ – the Prince Albert + Queen Victoria inspired cocktails. The package features the ever innovative and creative Prince Albert cocktail, inspired by Schloss’s muse himself, featuring Butterfly Cannon tequila, Mirebeau gin, Haus raspberry schnapps, disco grenadine, triple sec, Curaçao, prosecco and bitters, as well as a Coconut + Raspberry Martini, inspired by Queen Victoria’s love of nature, featuring Sipsmith very berry, Kalani coconut, framboise, raspberry gomme, cranberry juice, raspberries and bitters. To complete the regal package is two shots of Haus Raspberry Schnapps.

Other highlights include: Cherry + Yuzu Spritz with Moose sour cherry, Absolut raspberry, Ginjo Yuzu-shu, cherry gomme, lemon juice and Three Cents cherry soda, or Limoncello Mojito with Havana blanc, Luxardo limoncello, gomme, lemon juice and soda.

Klassic favourites such as Pornstar Martini, Aperol Spritz and Negroni remain available to order, as well as the extensive Alpine-inspired wine selection, soft drinks and Bier Palace’s finest brews from across Europe.

Also new for Spring/Summer is the latest food menu of Alpine inspired favourites, including the introduction of Haus of Schnitzel, any chicken lover’s dream. Tyrolean Schnitzel joins the existing stellar schnitzel line up, which features a large, breaded chicken breast with ‘nduja, mozzarella, parmesan and spaghetti pomodoro.

Start your Cook Haus experience the right way with new starter Haus Flammkuchen; Haus-baked flatbread with fondue, crème fraiche, soft onions, asparagus ribbons, mountain herbs, and a choice of crispy prosciutto or sun-blushed tomato to complete. Also new to the menu is the Ultimat Alpine Krokette with four mountain cheeses, tomato and herb sauce, and Asparagus + Eggs featuring charred and marinated asparagus, crispy fried Burford brown egg and Frankfurt sauce. A Schloss klassic returns to the main menu; Fish Frites – wünderful Haddock goujons, fried capers, fries, mushy peas and tartar sauce.

Perfect for revelling in with friends, sharing menu options include Fondue – lashings of melted gruyere and emmental with white wine, Haus pickles, sourdough + new potatoes, and the indulgent Bavarian Feast, featuring a banquet of roast pork knuckle, chicken schnitzel, bratwurst, kaiserwurst and honey roast pork belly alongside sformato, braised red cabbage, seasonal greens, bier jus, rainbow sauerkraut and pickles, allow you to wet your Alpine appetite whilst leaving extra room to fully enjoy the Bier Garten’s finest offerings.

The Cook Haus is open daily from 12pm to 10pm daily (breakfast available 9am to 12pm) – except Sundays where the Sunday Service menu only is served from 12pm to 9pm.

The new food and drink offerings complement an unlike-anywhere-else Seven Days of Showtime lineup, featuring raucous live performances from a diverse array of unique artists. Weekly highlight events include its famous Kunst Kabaret, Baby Grand Slam and Friday Frolich.
