Hard Days Night Hotel has unveiled its new Afternoon Tea menu devised with the autumnal months in mind.
Served in the North John Street hotel’s exclusive Lounge & Bar, the fab-foursome of Afternoon Tea selections are sure to whet the appetites of Beatles fanatics and the general public alike.
Including classic choices such as Tradition Afternoon Tea and Cream Tea, the menu also comprises the limited edition John Lennon 75 Afternoon Tea and High Tea with a lyrically inspired cocktail twist.
General Manager of Hard Days Night Hotel Mike Dewey said: “With autumn well underway, we are thrilled to revealour newest menu that provides an opulent and exclusive treat for our customers within our Lounge & Bar.
“For those who fancy a tipple with their treat, our ever popular Traditional Afternoon Tea can be upgraded to High Tea, which can include Prosecco, Champagne or a selection of our aptly-named Beatles inspired cocktails.”
Traditional Afternoon Tea is served with a selection of sandwiches including British Beef & Horseradish, Locally Sourced Smoked Salmon & Citrus Cream Cheese and Classic Cucumber. Diners can also enjoy Fruit Scones served with Clotted Cream and Preserves alongside an assortment of unique cakes served with a choice of loose-leaf tea.
For High Tea, diners can add a glass of Prosecco, Champagne, or a Fab Four cocktail including H.D.N.H Bellini, Cherry Lane, Honey Can’t Buy Me Love or Rocky Raspberry Racoon to the original offering.
Mike added: “We are also serving lighter options such as Cream Tea, which includes two Fruit Scones served with Clotted Cream and Preserves together with tea or coffee. Likewise, the new menu features the limited edition John Lennon 75 Afternoon Tea, which includes an ‘Imagine No Food Poverty’ chocolate brownie served with John’s favourite drink, the Brandy Alexander.
“As our Afternoon Tea remains a popular choice with both hotel residents and non-residents alike, we like to update it frequently to ensure that our offerings continue to combine novelty with originality.”
