Deliveroo Brings Restaurant Food To The Doorsteps of Liverpool

 

Deliveroo – the restaurant food delivery service, launches into Liverpool, revolutionising the way people dine by delivering quality food from local independent and chain restaurants, direct to people’s doors.

The company is growing throughout the UK and is live in London, Brighton, Manchester, Oxford, Cambridge, Birmingham and now Liverpool.

The Liverpool arm of Deliveroo opens with a restaurant roster including local favourites such as GBK, Slim’s Pork Chop Express, Bakchich, Rookwood, Kasbah, Grilla, Raggas, Lunya and Lucha Libre, with others listed on the Deliveroo website. Death Row Diner and Yardbird as well as the new CAU restaurant are also set to be included from June.

Menu items will be transported to homes and offices across the city via a fleet of delivery mopeds and electric bikes.

An easy-to-use service, food orders and payment are all processed online at www.deliveroo.co.uk. By entering a postcode and preferred time slot, the website will offer a long list of local establishments offering food within the delivery zone.

This includes the option to schedule orders up to one day in advance or receive food ASAP – with an average delivery time of just 32 minutes. Launching with a delivery zone that covers Liverpool city centre.

The coming weeks will see the restaurant roster rapidly expanding, as the service rolls out across Liverpool and the surrounding areas.
