The new menu mirrors the historic dock’s heritage of global trade, blending local British produce with exotic flavours. For the main event, the menu captures the true essence of summer dining. Seafood lovers can indulge in the Pan Seared Bream Fillets served with a caper Beurre noisette, or the locally inspired Pan Fried Coley Fillet presented alongside a rich chickpea and chorizo stew.
