Everyone loves a bit of Britpop right? If by some force of madness you answered no to that then you’re no longer allowed to sing Wonderwall drunk at 3am anymore.

Five piece indie-rock/Britpop influenced band The Juveniles have been making their mark around Liverpool recently and have just released a video for their track ‘Please Don’t Change’. The band consists of Mike Paul Davies, Liam Devall, Laurel Lau, Marc Allan Gibbs, Fabrizio Cabriolu.

On their website The Juveniles state – “We grew up in estates where the dogs roamed the streets without collars and are shouted in before dark like a pre-pubescent schoolchildren. Where kids climb trees, throw stones at passing cars, get chased by the police, and drive stolen cars through the night out of sheer boredom, lacking respect for anyone or anything.”

Their latest video has the same kind of feel. Filmed entirely in a 90’s style family living room it’s sure to take every rebellious teenager back to the days they would fill with drinking and jamming in an effort to target pure boredom. In The Juveniles case the musical skills they gained back then are clearly paying off! The song has a real laid back feel, it’s the kind of song you’d have on whilst relaxing with close friends. The combination of smooth guitar and the high pitch notes from vocalist Mike Paul Davies gives off a soft, trance like sense that is sure to impress even the most old school rocker.

You can find the video on their website as well as up and coming gigs, new tracks and any other news from the band! http://www.thejuveniles.co.uk/
