The Hightown Inn Set To Re-Open This Month

The much-anticipated opening of The Hightown Inn is set for Monday 28 October. This traditional pub, nestled in the heart of Hightown, aims to be a warm and welcoming space for all — whether you’re a family, a group of friends, or an individual looking to unwind and enjoy great food and drinks in a relaxed setting.

Led by acclaimed Chef Daniel Heffy, The Hightown Inn promises to deliver a memorable dining experience rooted in tradition and quality. The menu will feature product-focused, seasonal dishes that celebrate fresh, local ingredients, accompanied by simple, well-crafted cocktails. Guests can expect an informal yet attentive service, with a knowledgeable team ready to enhance every visit.

In the days leading up to the grand opening, The Hightown Inn will host a soft launch weekend from Friday 25 October to Sunday 27 October. During this period, bookings will be limited, offering a sneak preview of the new restaurant and pub menu. Early bookings are highly encouraged to secure a spot for this exclusive preview.
