Liverpool Music Week Opening Show – 23rd October
Liverpool Music Week is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. The recent announcements have ensured the long running festival will continue with its legendary reputation.
Liverpool Music Week is the largest festival of its kind, as it’s indoors and takes place during the nasty British winter; it is really a one-of-a-kind. The 10 day event will be beginning with the opening show Thursday 23 October. Headliner for the night is Caribou, a Canadian artist whose genre has been described as electronica, neo-psychedelia and folktronica. Caribou has been putting in the work this year, gaining a bigger following in the festival world with spots at Bestival, Green Man and Sonar.
The opening show will take place at Camp and Furnace in the well known Baltic Triangle of Liverpool, home to creative development of all kinds. The bill for the night is completed with Evian Christ, Patten and Jessy Lanza. No doubt this will be an explosive opening to the start of a spectacular celebration of music and people.
Tickets are priced at £20 and can be found at SeeTickets
