Moveable Restaurant Xiringuito Opens In Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle

Trendy Xiringuito restaurant will spend it’s winter months in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle.

Conor Sheehan and Jackson Berg are the team behind Xiringuito, the moveable restaurant which was previously impressing the crowds in seaside town Margate.

The restaurant’s evolving structure was designed by award-winning architect Asif Khan, designed to be moveable from one city location to another. Conor and Jackson are both originally from Liverpool which no doubt made it an easy decision to bring Xiringuito to the Liverpool scene for it’s winter months.

The menu will bring internationally-influenced British dishes to the table such as the Curried Soft Shell Crab Burger. Yes please!

The restaurant is now open in the former Cain’s Brewery site, which will see plenty of new additions over the next few months, including a new indoor crazy golf course.
