Hilton Liverpool City Centre Launches Pop-Up Golf Experience During Championship Week
Liverpool’s coolest 19th hole opens at Hilton during the historic golf tournament in Southport. Pop-up golf, Champagne, cocktails and summer sunshine come together at Liverpool ONE during golf’s biggest week. You don’t need a ticket to the big event to enjoy the atmosphere this July.
As thousands of golf fans descend on the region for one of the world’s most prestigious sporting events, Hilton Liverpool City Centre is bringing a slice of the championship excitement into the heart of Liverpool with a pop-up nine-hole golf experience, Champagne, cocktails and one of the city’s most stylish outdoor terraces.
Taking place from Thursday 16 until Sunday 19 July, the Hilton’s outdoor terrace at Liverpool ONE will become a destination for golfers, sports fans and groups of friends looking to soak up the tournament atmosphere without leaving the city.
For just £25 per person, guests can test their putting skills over a fun nine-hole course before celebrating in true tournament style with a choice of two glasses of Piaff Champagne or two Loch Lomond Gin & Tonics, both brands proudly associated with this year’s championship.
Running daily from 12 noon until 8pm, the experience is perfect for visitors travelling to and from the tournament, groups enjoying a summer day out in Liverpool, or anyone looking for something a little different while the city embraces golf fever.
Whether you’re fiercely competitive, a complete beginner or simply in it for the Champagne, the activation promises plenty of laughs, friendly rivalry and Instagram-worthy moments against the backdrop of one of Liverpool’s busiest destinations.
