New American-Themed Diner, Monty’s, Now Open At Liverpool John Lennon Airport

Liverpool John Lennon Airport has elevated its passenger experience with the introduction of Monty’s, a new American-themed all-day diner. This development is part of a £9 million investment by SSP, the airport’s long-standing food and beverage partner, aimed at enhancing the departure lounge ahead of the summer season.

Monty’s accommodates up to 190 diners, making it ideal for families, groups, couples, and solo travellers. The menu boasts a variety of breakfast options, including cooked dishes, indulgent bagels, and loaded waffles. For lunch and dinner, passengers can look forward to signature smashed patty burgers, mac ‘n’ cheese, hot dogs, thick milkshakes, and desserts.

New retail brands are also set to join the airport’s offerings, catering to the growing number of passengers.

John Irving, CEO of Liverpool John Lennon Airport, commented on the enhancements, saying, “We’re really excited about this next phase of works by SSP which will enable us to continue to give our passengers the excellent airport experience that we are renowned for, introducing a wider choice of food and drink outlets and expanded facilities.”
