Motel Sundown Release 70s-Inspired Single ‘Your House’
Motel Sundown’s latest release, Your House, is the fourth single from their upcoming EP El Dorado, set to release in June 2024.
Your House features much beloved aspects of 70s music such as layered acoustics and a latin-esque rhythm section. The acoustic guitar is accompanied by wonderful three-part harmonies reminiscent of Fleetwood Mac and Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young.
The band, formed in 2018, strives to combine the sounds of artists they grew up with, taking influence from the likes of The Beatles and Bob Dylan. Most recently the trio have headlined shows at The Royal Philharmonic Music Room, Liverpool and The Green Note, Camden.
Ahead of the release of their new EP, the band have also confirmed that they will return to Black Deer Festival this summer alongside artists such as Sheryl Crow, Courtney Barnett and many more.
Your Song provides a tasteful teaser of what’s to come as Motel Sundown gears up for the release of El Dorado in June 2024.
